PHOTO ANIMATION

Nostalgia is a familiar old friend, binding us together in memories. Capturing moments is easy, but what of the precious photos that mean the world to us? Let us make your unique images spring into life with natural, realistic movement. It is a perfect way to take a walk down memory lane.

There are a number of companies who now offer a photo animation service, however, many offer the service on a monthly subscription basis. Mint Web Services offer a pay-per-photo service, but we didn't want to stop there. We want to provide a unique, personal, and more engaging experience, not just by animating photos old and new, but by adding an opening and closing tribute scene as well as some background music. However, you can now also choose to just have the photo animated without these tribute scenes. Whichever option you choose, the finished video will allow you to relive precious memories which you can also gift to your loved ones.

WE OFFER FIVE PHOTO ANIMATION OPTIONS

The five photo animation options are: hugging, kissing, playful, walking, and waving - you can watch an example of each option below. When choosing your option, please consider whether it is is compatible with the position and view of the subject/s in the photo. You can also choose whether to have a short animation or a long animation for any of the five options available. Please also refer to the FAQs near the bottom of this page for more detailed information about our service and the process.

SHORT (6 SECOND ANIMATION) 'HUGGING' EXAMPLE VIDEO

SHORT (6 SECOND ANIMATION) 'KISSING' EXAMPLE VIDEO

LONG (10 SECOND ANIMATION) 'PLAYFUL' EXAMPLE VIDEO

LONG (10 SECOND ANIMATION) 'WALKING' EXAMPLE VIDEO

SHORT (6 SECOND ANIMATION) 'WAVING' EXAMPLE VIDEO

To take full advantage of computer animation, you have to pay as much attention to the believable as you do the unbelievable.

FAQs

How does the process work?

The process is as follows:

- Click on the relevant 'SUBMISSION FORM' button in the Pricing section below to go to the photo submission form

- Complete the photo submission form and upload your photo. When choosing your photo animation option, please consider whether it is compatible with the position and view of the subject/s in the photo

- We will then assess the quality of the photo and whether it is acceptable for animation. We will then email you with our response and payment link

- Make your payment using the link provided. Pricing starts at £5 ($6.72 US approx.) for the short Tribute Scene Video option and £8 ($10.75 US approx.) for the long Tribute Scene Video option. The price for the Animation Only Video option is £5 ($6.72 US approx.). We use Stripe as our secure payment processor

- Wait whilst we animate your photo. Once we are happy that the video created is satisfactory and matches your requested animation type, we will add the opening and closing tribute scenes if you have chosen this option, and then deliver your finished video via email.

Which type of images work best?

Photos with clear, well-lit faces will produce the best video results. Faded or slightly blurry photos may be acceptable as we can utilise various photo enhancements. We can also colourise black & white photos before animation if requested, although this is not always effective for every photo.

How long can my video be?

Tribute Scene Videos: The animated video scene for any of the five options can be either 6 or 10 seconds long (the choice is yours). As your chosen option is to also include the opening and closing tribute scenes, the complete finished video will then be either 16 seconds long (short video option) or 20 seconds long (long video option).

Animation Only Videos: As this option does not include the opening and closing tribute scenes, the animated video for any of the five options will be 10 seconds long.

What format will the video be in?

The finished video will be delivered in MP4 format, which is compatible with most devices and platforms. It will only be sent when we are happy that the video created is satisfactory and matches your requested animation type. We do offer a free revision service within 5 working days if you are not happy with the result. We will attempt to rectify it if we can within the limitations of the AI software.

How long does it take to generate a video?

Most videos will be delivered on the same day (if submitted on Monday-Friday before 3:00pm UK time/10:00am (EST) US time). Sometimes it may take longer if there's a high demand on that day.

Will my photo and video be shared publicly?

No, we respect your privacy. Your photo and video will never be shared with anyone.

Can I cancel my order?

If your photo has not yet been processed, you can request a cancellation and receive a refund. Once we’ve started work, cancellations are not possible.
