HOW A SMART DIGITAL ASSISTANT COULD BENEFIT YOUR BUSINESS

Smart Digital Assistants are also known as 'chatbots'. Your own Smart Digital Assistant can interact with your website visitors through an automated conversation. This is because they have been pre-trained to learn about your business. They can then perform various tasks that visitors may require, such as providing information, product details, guiding them through a sales process, or advising them on making a booking. They can help convert the visitor into a qualified lead or a customer and work 24/7, 52 weeks a year.

We have currently built three Smart Digital Assistant demo examples that we are now promoting. These are for the Estate Agent, Chiropractor, and Tattoo Artist markets. Other businesses that could benefit from hiring their own include car dealers, gyms, hotels and many others working in a service-based industry. As these are only examples, all elements can be changed to suit the needs of the individual business – this includes the colours, text, font and all of the images (including the background). FAQs

Can you provide more details about the Smart Digital Assistant fees?

There is a £30 one-off set up fee with a £5 rolling monthly fee. The monthly fee is mainly to cover the cost of the AI credits required to power the Smart Digital Assistant. The monthly fee also includes a single content update/change within that month. A second content update/change will incur a further £5 fee. For any business or agency requiring numerous content updates/changes within the month, we are happy to negotiate a fee for this additional service.

Is there a contract period?

We do not tie you into a contract for a fixed period. The arrangement is made on a £5 rolling monthly fee basis (after payment of a £30 one-off set up fee). This means it can be cancelled by either party at any time. Full details will be provided in our Plan Confirmation document.

Does Mint Web Services offer a trial period?

Unfortunately, not anymore. Since we recently switched from a higher monthly fee to a lower monthly fee but with a one-off set up fee, we are sorry, but we have had to remove this option.

Do I need to know code if I want to hire a Mint Web Services Digital Assistant?

The Digital Assistants are pre-coded by us. We train them to learn about your business by using some or all of the following methods:

- Getting them to refer to written training material we provide to them

- Getting them to refer to business-specific documents you have provided

- Getting them to refer to your website.

However, there is an embed code that we will provide to you that needs to be inserted into your website HTML code. This enables the Digital Assistant to appear on your website.

What other information may a Mint Web Services Digital Assistant provide?

Mint Web Services Digital Assistants are powered by artificial intelligence, so surprises and mistakes are possible. This means they may sometimes respond to a question outside of their specific field of knowledge with an answer that may be inaccurate.
