FAQs

What is the process for ordering a video?

The process is as follows:

- Go to the Pricing, Order & Payment section below

- Click on the 'ORDER & PAY' button in the Children's Birthday Videos box to open the order and payment form

- Complete and submit the secure order and payment form by adding the relevant video requirement details and credit/debit card information

- The price for a Children's Birthday Video is £6 (7.92 USD approx.). We use Stripe as our secure payment processor

- Wait whilst we produce your video. Once we are happy that the video created is satisfactory, we will then deliver the finished video via email.

What length will the video be? 

The length of the animated video will be determined by the number of words in the script you provide. We recommend keeping the script under 40 words. This will convert to a video that is a approximately 15 seconds long.

What format will the video be in? 

The finished video will be delivered in a square 1:1 MP4 format. This is perfect for sharing on social media or playing during a birthday party.

How long does it take to generate a video?

We will always aim to provide the video on the day it was ordered, but this may not always be possible if there is a high demand on that particular day. Therefore, to avoid any disappointment, please try to submit your order at least two working days before the child's birthday.

Will my video be shared publicly?

No, we respect your privacy. Your video will never be shared with anyone.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation and receive a full refund only if we haven't started work on your video.
